Refund policy

I do not accept returns, offer exchanges, issue refunds, or offer store credit. All sales are final.

Customers outside of the United States are responsible for import duties and taxes. They are not collected at checkout.


For commissioned paintings and custom work, I am in constant contact with the customer. Every step is approved by the customer. If the custom work has shipped to the customer, then that customer has already approved and agreed to accept the finished work.

Once items leave my hands, I am not responsible for any damage that may occur. I protect all work within the packaging to the best of my abilities. Damage that occurs during shipping needs to be addressed with the shipping carrier. Each carrier has a claims department. If damage does occur during shipping, contact me within 3 days of receipt of the package and I might be able to fix it, include pictures with your message. The customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges to return the item to me and the charges to return the fixed item to the customer.
