Shipping policy

Customers outside of the United States are responsible for import duties and taxes. They are not collected at checkout.

I will only ship large items (glasses, canvases, lamps) using UPS. Items that can be shipped in flat envelopes may also be shipped with USPS.

Once items leave my hands, I am not responsible for any damage. Damage that occurs during shipping needs to be addressed with the carrier. Each carrier has a claims department. If damage does occur during shipping, contact me and I might be able to fix it. The customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges to return it to me and the charges to return the fixed item to the customer.
