November Dreams is a landscape that began long before paint ever touched the canvas.

It was first imagined in November—held, studied, and revisited in thought for months before the painting process began. When it finally came to life, it became less about creating a scene and more about bringing a long-held vision into physical form.

This original 16x20 acrylic painting is created entirely with a palette knife. No brushes were used in its construction. Every texture, edge, and movement of paint was built through layered knife work, giving the surface a sculptural quality that shifts with light and perspective.

The scene captures a quiet winter transition: bright green grass and soft, snow-dusted trees in the foreground, leading into distant blue mountains beneath a pale, luminous sky streaked with soft cloud movement. The result is both grounded and atmospheric—calm, open, and expansive.
