Studio Bookmark Drop | Monthly Hand-Painted Art Subscription
Receive a rotating selection of original hand-painted bookmark studies delivered directly from my studio each month.
Each Studio Bookmark Drop includes three randomly selected, hand-painted bookmarks created as part of my ongoing exploration of color, texture, and technique in small-scale works. No two drops are ever exactly the same, and each piece is an original artwork rather than a reproduction.
These bookmarks originate from the same studio practice as my larger paintings and surface design work. Each one begins as a fully considered miniature study—allowing me to experiment with composition, layering, and technique in a more intimate format.
While you may occasionally receive designs shown in product examples, every drop is curated to ensure variety and uniqueness, making each delivery a small collection of original works.

About the Work
These bookmarks come from my studio practice of creating small-scale studies that explore color, texture, and technique while remaining fully finished, collectible works.
My bookmarks began out of frustration with mass-produced, flimsy designs that couldn’t survive real use. As an avid reader who often moves between multiple books at once, I needed bookmarks that could withstand daily life—books in bags, cars, hands, and constant movement.
Each piece is built on paper sealed with multiple coats of gesso on both sides before painting begins. Once complete, each bookmark is sealed with multiple thin layers of acrylic medium, diluted with water to allow smooth application without stickiness or buildup.
This layered process creates a durable, flexible surface designed for real-world use, resulting in functional art that is meant to be lived with, not stored away.
